The use of color psychology is a prominent feature in conference room designs. Colors help to enhance work productivity, concentration, and communication. For conference rooms, the colors blue and green are used to create a calming and cheerful effect. The red color is a bold statement-making color used to make the room highly energized.

In the best-case scenario, people in the conference room should be seated within 45 degrees on either side from the center of the screen for complete screen viewing. The top of the screen should be placed within 30 degrees above the seated eye level of the participants.
