The client wanted to convert their existing unusable terrace to their employee eating area also wanting to add a touch of fun and nature. The terrace was designed to be covered by metal framing with sound insulation sheets whose stability the structural designer verified and approved.

The build materials for flooring and seating were chosen keeping in mind the heavy footfalls during the day. Outdoor green mats, wooden & steel benches and large natural potted plants were interspersed to bring in nature vibes. The corner private spaces were utilized for recreation gaming like foosball and chess.

Colorful metal hanging lamps also complimented the outdoor themed ambience, a true makeover of an erstwhile under-utilized space.
